Boulevard presents eight new homes in a dual location development on the West Side of Vancouver. Our team was tasked with branding and marketing these two locations to convey the luxurious design and quality these homes had to offer.

About boulevard
Boulevard is an eight home luxury build in two of the hottest neighbourhoods on the West Side: Dunbar and Mackenzie Heights.
A one-of-a-kind project, the two buildings are elegantly positioned right across the street from each other, but technically, part of different neighbourhoods.
the challenge
Having the development split between neighbourhoods proved to be the biggest hurdle for branding and marketing. The homes needed to share the same message and tone.
It became obvious that maintaining consistency “across the street” would be our number one goal. How were we going to convey a clear and harmonious message? The answer: coherent branding.
the solution
We needed people to know that these two were sister locations, part of the same project, and would be completed at the same time.
Our team set out to create a brand that would be clear, recognizable, and customizable. Boulevard was split in two sub-brands, which were used separately for print materials, signage, and the website. Because we kept the branding consistent, it was clear that these two locations shared the same origins and quality of build.
