Boulevard presents eight new homes in a dual location development on the West Side of Vancouver. Our team was tasked with branding and marketing these two locations to convey the luxurious design and quality these homes had to offer.

Boulevard is an eight home luxury build by award-winning developer Vandwell Developments. Utilizing every available technology to its fullest, Vandwell Developments is building homes that are as good for the environment as they are for the homeowners.
With responsibility and community values lying at the core of Vandwell’s work principles, Vandwell isn’t just another real estate developer — and this was reflected in the impressive homes they built at Boulevard. A one-of-a-kind project, the two buildings are elegantly positioned right across the street from each other, but part of different neighbourhoods.
Having the development split between neighbourhoods proved to be the biggest hurdle for branding and marketing. The homes needed to share the same message and tone.
It became obvious that maintaining consistency “across the street” would be our number one goal. How were we going to convey a clear and harmonious message? The answer: coherent branding.
We needed people to know that these two were sister locations, part of the same project, and would be completed at the same time.
Our team set out to create a brand that would be clear, recognizable, and customizable. Boulevard was split in two sub-brands, which were used separately for print materials, signage, and the website. Because we kept the branding consistent, it was clear that these two locations shared the same origins and quality of build.
